The majority of problems with the embeded Windows Media Player video can be solved by installing the latest version of WMP which is HERE

- Windows 98 SE or higher
- Windows Media Player 10.0 or higher (11.0 recommended)

Experiencing Choppy playback?

If you are having connection problems and find that the video stops often to buffer, then you are reccomended to change the size of the buffer you are using.

Changing Buffer on WMP video

- Right click on the video embeded into the webpage & hit the 'Options' button
- Click on the 'Buffer' button in the Performance tab
- Increase buffer to suit needs (5 seconds may work for good broadband connections but 10, 20 seconds or more may be needed for slower connections.
